How it works
It is the emotions that rule the market. SentiStock uses Sentimenti tools to automatically study emotions. That is why we focus on behavioural analysis of investment decisions. We extend the analytical capabilities of an investor with investor sentiment, so far used incidentally or intuitively and to a small extent. As in the best known indices of investor sentiment, we monitor fear and trust, but including all emotions in the model significantly increases its accuracy. Knowing the emotions surrounding the company, brand or crypto, we can estimate the prices or sales results.

The SentiStock design includes, apart from an emotional analyzer, an analysis of the correlation of emotional intensity with the company’s stock market price. In this analysis Pearson’s linear correlation coefficient is used. The trend line determined by SentiStock runs in a corridor marked by +/- 3.5 percentage points of deviation from this line. SentiStock assumes that a minimum of 60% (60%) of the corridor is filled with points determined by the intensity values of a particular emotion group.
